Easy Recipes : Fried Eggs

Easy recipes for breakfast menu could start with eggs. And for this time we like to share recipe for basic fried eggs. We could serve fried eggs for breakfast, or put them in sandwiches, or on top of steaks, or add them to burgers. Serve a fried egg just need approximately one minutes preparation and six to eight minutes cooking time.

Why we need consume eggs? Well…in fact one large egg contains : Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin A, Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid), Selenium. Eggs also contain small amounts of almost every vitamin and mineral required by the human body, including calcium, iron, potassium, zinc, manganese, Vitamin E, Folate. It is very important to realize that almost all the nutrients are contained in the yolk, while the white contains only protein.

So..lets start cook it J

Ingredients :
  • ½ tablespoon butter
  • 1 fresh Egg
  • Salt and pepper as desired

Directions :
  • Heat butter in nonsticky frying pan over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Break eggs and put into frying pan, while reduce stove’s fire heat to low.
  • Cook slowly until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but are not hard.
  • Carefully flip it over in frying pan and then cook second side to desired doneness.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately with some slices of tomatoes and lettuces.

Some NOTES :
  • For a better and cleaner shape, break eggs into cups before pour them into the pan.
  • Watch the heat. If fire is too high, eggs will become tough and rubbery. Gentle heat preserves nutrients and allows for even cooking.
