Our easy recipes this time is fried honey banana, comes as some creations from plain fried banana that originally asian. Fried bananas are often served as morning and mid-afternoon snacks. The banana is battered and then deep fried. Most street vendors will then sell it as is. Restaurants that serve fried banana are more sophisticated and present it in various ways, such as with cheese, jam, condensed milk, or chocolate. This snack suitable consumed when breakfast or easy meal in the afternoon. Bananas are good source of both vitamins and minerals, as well as fiber. Bananas are a good choice for helping maintain normal blood pressure and heart function so bananas a potentially helpful approach to lowering our heart disease risk.

Ingredients :
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Cinnamon
  • Olive oil or coconut oil


Directions :
  • Lightly drizzle oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Arrange banana slices in pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together honey and 1 tablespoon of water.
  • Remove pan from heat and pour honey mixture over banana.
  • Allow to cool and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Ready to serve for 1 portions


Some NOTES :
  • As desired we could add some chocolate creamer on top of this fried banana or even cheese sprinkles.
  • In fact this snack more delicious when serve hot.
  • For health reason, use only good and healthy type oil.
