Another easy recipes that we would to share is omelette recipe. In cuisine, an omelette or
omelet is a meal made from eggs quickly cooked with butter or oil in a frying
pan, sometimes folded around a filling such as cheese, vegetables, meat, or some combination of the above. Omelettes are tasty and quick enough to
cook and serve. Omelettes good for breakfast, flavorable for lunch, or even enjoyable
for dinner on those nights when you don't want to be in the kitchen for long.

Ingredients :
- 2 large free-range eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon knob butter
- 1 tablespoon Cheddar cheese, sprinkled
Directions :
- Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper. Beat well with a fork.
- Put a small frying pan on a low heat. Add a small knob of butter. When the butter has melted and is bubbling, add your eggs and move the pan around to spread them out evenly.
- When the omelette begins to cook and firm up, but still has a little raw egg on top, sprinkle over the cheese.
- Ease around the edges of the omelette, then fold it over in half. When it starts to turn golden brown underneath, remove the pan from the heat and slide the omelette on to a plate.
- Ready to serve for 1 dish

- We could make creations with the fillings, change cheese with vagetables or meat or chicken meat as desire, or even combine all of those.
