Our easy recipes this time is about Fruit Cocktail. There are
two different recipes, first recipe use fruits slices while secondly use
juices. When consumed in hot weather, relax in the afternoon, or maybe hang out
in a beach, these cocktails would be perfect.
Don’t worry about variations and creations of combinations of
many fruits, because mostly fruits guaranteed contain useful vitamins and
minerals for human body. Feel free when innovate your cocktails.
Fruit cocktails (with slices of
fruits)
Ingredients :
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 sprig fresh basil
- 4 nectarines, peeled, cut into chunks
- 4 peaches, peeled, cut into chunks
- 1 cup dark sweet cherries, pitted, halved
- 1 cup canned or fresh pineapple chunks
Directions
- In heavy saucepan, heat sugar, water, lime juice and basil over high heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; discard basil sprig.
- In large glass bowl, mix nectarines, peaches, cherries and pineapple. Pour sugar syrup over fruit; stir to coat. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.
- Ready to served for 6 portions
Fruit cocktails (with juices of fruits)
Ingredients :
- 2 oz orange juice
- 2 oz grapefruit juice
- 2 oz passion-fruit juice
- 2 oz mango juice
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 1 oz kiwi syrup
Directions :
- Shake with a glassful of broken ice and pour unstrained into a wine goblet. Garnish with fruit, add straws, and serve for 2 portions.
