Easy Recipe : Spicy Chickpea Soup

Easy recipe for delicious and spicy soup. Let’s call it Spicy Chickpea Soup. Suitable for lunch or dinner. But I think it’s not so good for children because it’s spicy taste. Chickpeas are rich in both types of dietary fiber, iron, folate, phosphorus, protein, which are important for maintaining heart health and for stabilizing blood sugar levels. Preliminary research has shown that chickpea consumption may lower blood cholesterol.

Ingredients :
  • Two 19-ounce cans chickpeas, drained
  • One 13.5-ounce can light coconut milk
  • One 14.4-ounce can whole tomatoes, drained and chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup naturally sweetened apple juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup chicken stock or low-sodium broth
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 scallions, green parts only, thinly sliced

Directions :
  • In a blender, combine the drained chickpeas with the coconut milk, chopped tomatoes, apple juice, cilantro leaves, garam masala and ground ginger and puree the mixture until smooth.
  • Transfer the puree to a medium saucepan. Stir in the chicken stock and bring to a simmer over moderately high heat. Season with salt and black pepper. Ladle the soup into bowls, top with the yogurt and scallion greens and serve for 6 people.

Easy Recipe : Rigatoni with Sea Bass and Tomatoes

Easy recipe for lunch or dinner. Rigatoni with combination of sea bass and tomatoes. Rigatoni is a form of tube-shaped pasta of varying lengths and diameters. Rigatoni is usually ridged, and the tube's end is square-cut like ziti, not diagonal like penne. The word rigatoni, comes from the Italian word rigato, which means "ridged" or 'lined' and is associated with the cuisine of southern and central Italy.

Ingredients :
  • 12 ounces rigatoni
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 small onions, finely chopped
  • 2 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • One 28-ounce can peeled Italian tomatoes, chopped, juices reserved
  • 1 cup bottled clam juice
  • 1 pound skinless fish fillets, such as sea bass, halibut, snapper or swordfish, cut into 3/4-inch dice
  • Salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley


Directions :
  • In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta until al dente. Drain the pasta.
  • Meanwhile, in a large, deep skillet, heat the olive oil until shimmering. Add the onions and garlic and cook over moderate heat until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the crushed red pepper and tomatoes with their juices and bring to a boil. Cook over moderately high heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is very thick, about 8 minutes. Add the clam juice and simmer until the sauce is thickened and slightly reduced, about 5 minutes. Season the fish with salt and stir it into the sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes, until the fish is nearly cooked through.
  • Add the rigatoni to the sauce along with the parsley and cook for 1 minute, stirring to coat the pasta. Serve right away.
  • Serve for 4 portions

Easy recipe for breakfast, or side dish when lunch and dinner. Eggs used as main ingredient and then mix with vagetables. Kids must be loved it.

Ingredients :
  • 12 eggs, hard boiled and peeled
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cider, white wine or sherry vinegar
  • A few drops of hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Directions :
  • Chop the eggs coarsely and put them into a large bowl. Add the green onion, celery, red bell pepper.
  • In small bowl, mix together the mayo, mustard, vinegar and Tabasco. Gently stir the mayo dressing into the bowl with the eggs and vegetables. Add paprika and salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Served for 6 people.

Easy recipe for breakfast. It is called Apple Coffe Cake. Some belive this cake will soften our morning, cheer up our day, and keep us have high spirit.

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 5 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 medium Cortland or other baking apple, peeled and sliced

Directions :
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch square baking dish with or pie pan with a 4-cup capacity.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk vigorously together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix 1/4 a cup of the sugar with the cinnamon, set aside.
  • Using an electric mixer, beat the butter with the remaining 1/4 cup sugar. Beat in the egg until blended. Add the flour mixture in three additions, alternating with the milk, beating after each addition until just combined.
  • Pour half of the batter in the bottom of the baking dish. Lay the apple slices on the batter so they just cover the batter (you may have to overlap some slices). Sprinkle the apples with the cinnamon-sugar mixture, reserving a teaspoon or two to sprinkle on top. Spread the rest of the batter over the apples. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar on top.
  • Bake the cake for 25 minutes or until it is golden brown and apples start to bubble at the edges.
  • Serve for 6 people

At basically soup is a primarily liquid food, generally served warm (but may be cool or cold), that is made by combining ingredients such as meat and vegetables with stock, juice, water, or another liquid. Hot soups are additionally characterized by boiling solid ingredients in liquids in a pot until the flavors are extracted, forming a broth. Soup is suitable for breakfast or main dish when dinner. For some reason soup is good for sick people, especially when served warm.

Ingredients :
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Cut Green Beans-No Salt Added
  • 1 can (15.25 oz.) Corn-No Salt Added
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Zucchini with Italian Style Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can (8.25 oz.) Sliced Carrots
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano-No Salt Added
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) Fat Free & Lower Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) Whole New Potatoes drained and diced
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup parsley

Directions :
  • Combine all ingredients, except salt, pepper and parsley in 5-qt. soup pot.
  • Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve soup sprinkled with parsley.
  • Serve for 12 portions

Our easy recipe this time comes from Indonesia J yes it’s coleslaw recipe. Coleslaw is a salad consisting primarily of finely-shredded, raw cabbage, and dressed most commonly with a vinaigrette salad dressing. There are many variations of the recipe which include the addition of other ingredients, such as red cabbage, pepper, shredded carrots, onion, grated cheese, pineapple, or apple, mixed with a salad dressing such as mayonnaise or cream. A variety of seasonings, such as celery seed, may be added.

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 4 green onions or 4 scallions, sliced thin
  • 1 cucumber, seeded and sliced in thin 1/2 moons
  • 1 cup dry roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 serrano peppers or 1 jalapeno chile, seeded and minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar

Directions:
  • Toss cabbage, green onions and cucumber together in large non-reactive bowl. Keep chilled while preparing dressing.
  • Combine chili, garlic, curry powder, sugar, oil and vinegar in covered container. Whisk or shake to combine.
  • Just before serving add peanuts and cilantro to the cabbage, pour dressing over all, toss lightly to combine.
  • Salad does not keep well for very long, so do not dress until just prior to serving. It doesn't actually go bad, but the peanuts and cabbage soften and it's just not as good as fresh made. If taking to a pot luck or similar affair, I bring the dressing in a separate container to add at the last minute.
  • Serve for 4 – 6 portions

The tomato is originated from the South American Andes and its use as a food originated in Mexico, and spread throughout the world following the Spanish colonization of the Americas. Tomatoes contain the carotene lycopene, one of the most powerful natural antioxidants. Lycopene has also been shown to improve the skin's ability to protect against harmful UV rays. A study done by researchers at Manchester and Newcastle universities revealed that tomato can protect against sunburn and help keeping the skin looking youthful. Beside lycopene, at general tomatoes also contain vitamin C, and vitamin A. So in this recipe some creation showed for making easy meal based on tomatoes.


Ingredients :
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 pound green tomatoes, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • kosher salt


Directions :
  • Place the flour, eggs, and cornmeal in 3 separate shallow bowls. Dip the tomatoes first in the flour, then in the eggs (letting any excess drip off), and finally in the cornmeal, pressing gently to help it adhere.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batches, cook the tomatoes until golden, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate. Season with ½ teaspoon salt before serving.

Our easy recipes this time is about strawberry ice cream. Ice cream is a frozen dessert usually made from dairy products, such as milk and cream and often combined with fruits or other ingredients and flavours. The mixture of chosen ingredients is stirred slowly while cooling, in order to incorporate air and to prevent large ice crystals from forming. The result is a smoothly textured semi-solid foam that is malleable and can be scooped. We took strawberry as main ingredients for this ice cream.

Ingredients :
  • 1 x 400g punnet strawberries
  • 1 x 250g tub mascarpone
  • ½ x 397g can condensed milk
  • cones and sprinkles, to serve


Directions :
  • Pull the green hulls out of the strawberries. If they are still quite hard, cut them in half or quarters with a table knife. Tip them into a flat-bottomed dish.
  • Use a potato masher to squash the strawberries as much as you can. Tip into a bowl. Ask your grown-up helper to give you a hand if you need to.
  • Add the mascarpone and mash this in – don’t worry if it is a bit lumpy. Add the condensed milk and mix everything together. Don’t worry if the mix is streaky.
  • Spoon the mixture into a metal or plastic box and put it in the freezer. Wait until the next day or at least 6 hours before scooping into bowls or cones. Decorate how you like.

Easy Recipes : Chicken Noodle Soup

This easy recipes is delightful for evening meal, or side dish when dinner. Let’s called it hot and sour chicken noodle soup, or just chicken noodle soup for sort.

Ingredients :
  • 140g dried wholewheat noodles
  • 1 tablespoon groundnut oil
  • 2 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 medium red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs, chopped into small chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Shaohsing rice wine
  • 700ml hot vegetable stock
  • 4 chestnut mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour mixed with 2 tablespoon cold water to make a paste
  • 1 handful beansprouts
  • 2 spring onions, sliced


Directions :
  • Bring a small pan of water to the boil and cook the noodles following pack instructions. Drain, rinse under cold running water to stop them cooking further, then drizzle over a little oil to prevent them sticking together. Divide between 2 deep bowls.
  • Heat a wok over high heat and add the rest of the oil. When it starts to smoke, add the ginger and chilli, then stir-fry for a few secs. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 2 mins. As the meat starts to turn brown, add the rice wine and cook for 3 mins more. Add the vegetable stock, bring to a simmer, then add the mushrooms. Season with the dark soy, light soy and rice vinegar.
  • Bring back to a simmer, then add the cornflour paste. Simmer and stir until thickened. Stir in the beansprouts and most of the spring onions, then ladle the soup over the noodles. Serve immediately, scattered with the remaining spring onions.

Ingredients :
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 3 drops soy sauce
  • 3 drops sesame oil
  • 8 ounces cooked lean boneless pork or 8 ounces chicken, chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 4 cups cold cooked rice, grains separated (preferably medium grain)
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce

Directions:
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok; add chopped onions and stir-fry until onions turn a nice brown color, about 8-10 minutes; remove from wok.
  • Allow wok to cool slightly.
  • Mix egg with 3 drops of soy and 3 drops of sesame oil; set aside.
  • Add 1/2 tablespoon oil to wok, swirling to coat surfaces; add egg mixture; working quickly, swirl egg until egg sets against wok; when egg puffs, flip egg and cook other side briefly; remove from wok, and chop into small pieces.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok; add selected meat to wok, along with carrots, peas, and cooked onion; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add rice, green onions, and bean sprouts, tossing to mix well; stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of light soy sauce and chopped egg to rice mixture and fold in; stir-fry for 1 minute more; serve.
  • Set out additional soy sauce on the table, if desired.
  • Serve for 4 portions.

An easy recipes for the early morning hours when we don’t have enough time to prepare an elaborate breakfast. This recipe is good option for folks who don’t have much time in morning to prepare their breakfast.

Ingredients :
  • 5 to 6 bread slices or 8 to 9 baguette slices - whole wheat bread, oats bread, brown bread or white bread
  • 2.5 to 3 tablespoon salted butter at room temperature
  • 1.5 teaspoon finely chopped or minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped celery (optional)
  • Black pepper as required (optional)
  • Grated mozzarella + cheddar cheese as required


Directions :
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C/356 degrees F.
  • Mix the finely chopped garlic and celery with the butter and stir briskly till the butter become smooth, light and fluffy.
  • Slice the bread from the loaf or baguette.
  • Spread the garlic butter on the bread slices. If using unsalted butter, sprinkle some salt on the bread.
  • Top with grated cheese.
  • Place the bread on a cookie sheet or wired rack and keep in the pre heated oven.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C/356 degrees F, for 7 to 8 mins or till the cheese melts. If you want the cheese to be golden and the bread to be toasted very well, than you have to bake for a longer time.
  • Remove and slice the toasts.
  • Serve cheese garlic toast hot sprinkled with red chili flakes and with a cheesy dip or guacamole or tomato ketchup. Serve for 2 portions

There are usually two main types : first type is a boiled then chilled type, texturally a custard set with starch, version commonly eaten in the U.S., Canada, Sweden, and East and South East Asia, and secondly a steamed / baked type, texturally similar to cake, version that is popular in the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
Many people make their own chocolate puddings at home, but commercially produced tinned or refrigerated versions are commonly available in supermarkets. This meal is suitable for dessert, try consumed it when the weather is hot, you’ll feel refresh.

Ingredients :
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Directions :
  • Mix cornstarch and sugar in a medium saucepan. Slowly drizzle in 1/2 cup milk, whisking until smooth, then whisk in remaining 2 cups milk. Turn heat to medium-high and bring to a boil. Lower heat to medium and whisk until thickened, 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, butter and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
  • Divide pudding into 8 parfait glasses. Serve warm, or press plastic wrap onto surface of each pudding and chill.
  • Serve for 8 portions.

  • Arrange banana slices in pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together honey and 1 tablespoon of water.
  • Remove pan from heat and pour honey mixture over banana.
  • Allow to cool and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Pimento cheese is a common food preparation in the Southern United States, a spread or relish made with cheese. It is affectionately known as The Caviar of The South. Pimento cheese can be served as a spread on crackers or celery, scooped onto corn chips or tortilla chips, mixed in with mashed yolks for deviled eggs, added to grits, or slathered over hamburgers or hotdogs. Pimento cheese can also be used to replace the sliced cheese in a grilled cheese sandwich.

A pimento cheese sandwich may be a quick and inexpensive breakfast or lunch for children, or it may be served as a cocktail finger food or rolled up and cut into pinwheels. For total time of serving we need approximately 30 minutes, 15 minutes for cook and 15 minutes for cook, with 10 to 12 servings.

Ingredients :
  • 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded (recommended: Colby)
  • 1/2 pound Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimentos, plus 2 tablespoons juice
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon hot smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground celery seed
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 loaf white sandwich bread, sliced into diagonal pieces


Directions :
  • In a medium bowl, combine cheeses, pimentos and pimento juice, onion, mayonnaise, garlic, paprika, and celery seed. Mix well and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Transfer the cheese spread to a serving bowl and serve with the bread.

Our easy recipes this time is Banana Bread, it is a type of bread that is made with mashed fully ripe bananas, and often a moist, sweet, cake-like quick bread. It is normally eaten sliced, toasted with a liberal spreading of butter. Banana bread is flavorable for breakfast, side dish when lunch, or even additional main dish on dinner. The banana smells always tease our taste.

Ingredients :
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe banana (about 3 bananas)
  • 1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray


Directions :
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring with a whisk.
  • Place sugar and butter in a large bowl, and beat with a mixer at medium speed until well blended (about 1 minute).
  • Add the eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Add banana, yogurt, and vanilla; beat until blended.
  • Add flour mixture; beat at low speed just until moist. Spoon batter into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan on a wire rack; remove from pan.
  • Cool completely on wire rack.

Easy Recipes : Cheesy Egg in a Bowl

This easy recipes would cheering up morning crowd with a cleverly delicious way, let’s call it Cheesy Egg in a Bowl, made from hot cooked egg and toast, so it would fancy in every bite. Eggs for sure contain small amounts of almost every vitamin and mineral required by the human body, including calcium, iron, potassium, zinc, manganese, Vitamin E, Folate. So this menu suitable for breakfast or consumed when beginning regular work day. And because this recipe adopted from kraft so we use velveeta cheese as main cheese ingredients.


Ingredients :
  • 6  dinner rolls (3-1/2 inch)
  • 12 slices  cooked oscar mayer Bacon, divided
  • 6 oz.  velveeta, cut into 6 slices
  • 6  eggs
  • 1 Tbsp.  chopped fresh chives


Directions
  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Cut tops off rolls; set aside. Make 1-inch-deep indentation in center of bottom half of each roll.
  • Crumble 6 bacon slices; sprinkle into bread bowls. Top with velveeta. Crack egg over velveeta in each bowl; place on baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until egg whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but do not become firm, adding tops of rolls, cut-sides up, to baking sheet for the last 5 min.
  • Sprinkle eggs with chives. Replace tops of rolls. Serve with remaining bacon slices.
  • Serve for 6 portions


Some NOTES :
  • Serve with your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
  • When prepare using brioche sandwich rolls or to serve as open-face sandwiches, substitute 1-inch-thick bread slices for the rolls.
