Feel free changing up the vegetables based on desire, even change it up with some meat or fruits. And about the wraps, choose any wraps you want, but as suggestion, tortillas is the best.

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup cooked peas
  • 4 sheets lavash (Soft Mediterranean flatbread, available at well-stocked grocery stores)
  • 2 tomatoes, halved and thinly sliced


Directions :
  • In a small bowl, combine yogurt, herbs, and salt; set aside. In a medium bowl, combine carrots, cucumber, red onion, and cooked peas.
  • Lay 1 sheet lavash on a work surface with a long edge parallel to the table. Spoon about 1/4 of yogurt mixture lengthwise down the center of lavash. Lay 1/4 of tomatoes over yogurt, then arrange about 1/4 of carrot mixture over tomatoes. Fold 1 side of lavash over vegetables and roll up to meet other side. Secure with a few toothpicks, then cut in half. Repeat with remaining lavash and fillings.
  • Serve for 4 portions.

  • 1 teaspoon melted and cooled coconut oil

  • 2 ½  tablespoon whole wheat pastry flour
  • ¼  teaspoon baking soda
  • dash of salt
  • 2-3 tablespoon chocolate chips


Directions :
  • In a small/medium ramekin add oil. Then add in banana, egg, and vanilla and stir together until combined. Next add in the dry ingredients
  • Mix together until combined, then stir in chocolate chips:
  • Microwave it for 60 seconds.
  • Top with banana ice cream (frozen banana blended), peanut butter, milk, more choclolate chips, etc.
  • Serve for 1 portion

Easy Recipe : Apricot Chicken

This easy recipe is about apricot chicken. Cook chicken with apricot sauce and also combined with rosemary, tabasco, and cinnamon, give us delicious alternative. We could served it along with rice, fried potatoes, or boiled potatoes. Consider to decorate the serve with some vegetables, it would look pretty and teasing.

Ingredients :
  • 1 ½ pounds apricots, roughly chopped, pits removed and discarded
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2 pounds skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 to 2-inch pieces
  • Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter (can sub olive oil)
  • 3 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cups chicken stock or broth (use gluten-free stock if you are cooking gluten-free)
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 Teaspoons Tabasco or other hot sauce (you can add more if you like)
  • Black pepper

Directions :
  1. Place the chopped apricots in a large bowl. Stir in the sugar and the vinegar. Let sit while you brown the chicken in the next step.
  2. In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of the butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Working in batches, place chicken pieces in the pan, without crowding the pan, and brown them on each side. As the chicken cooks, sprinkle salt over it. Once the chicken is browned, remove the pieces from the pan to a bowl and set aside.
  3. Add the remaining oil to the pan and sauté the onion until it begins to brown. As the onion cooks and releases moisture, use a flat edged spatula or wooden spoon to scrape off the browned bits from the chicken (called fond) from the bottom of the pan.
  4. Once the onions have browned a bit, add the chicken stock and lower the heat to medium.
  5. Put about 2/3 of the apricots, along with any juice they have given up, into a blender and blend into a purée. Pour the purée into the pan with the chicken stock and onions.
  6. Add the cinnamon, rosemary and Tabasco and taste. You may need to add some salt. Bring to a simmer, then lower the heat and gently simmer for 10-20 minutes.
  7. When you are ready to serve, put the chicken and the remaining apricot pieces into the pan and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with rice for 6 portions.

Ingredients :
  • Ramen Noodles or any kind of Noodles 1 pack
  • Onion  1/2 chopped
  • Tomato 1/2 chopped
  • Carrot  1/2 julienned
  • Beans  3-4 julienned
  • Cabbage shredded ¼ cup
  • Green peas  3 spoons
  • Bell pepper  1/4 cup julienned
  • Egg  1 or 2 scrambled
  • Oil to toss the veggies
  • Ground black pepper  1/4 spoon
  • Salt 1/4 spoon(optional)


Directions :
  • In a wok or any pan add little oil and onion and tomato sauté it.
  • Add carrot and beans sauté it with little salt and taste maker which comes along with noodles and let the veggies on low heat..
  • In a sauce pan boil 2 cups of water and cook the noodles till it is 3/4th done and drain it.
  • Now toss the noodles with the masala mixture above. Toss in the shredded cabbage, bell pepper and scrambled egg until everything gets a coat.
  • Sprinkle the black pepper and serve hot with ketchup.
  • Serve for 1 people.

Easy recipe for faux fried chicken. A unique crispy recipe that delicious for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This recipe is easy to adopt and would not waste your time on preparation. But remember, always use boneless chicken.

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup (250 mL) finely crushed croutons, cornflakes or taco chips
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mL) poultry or Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 mL) each dried thyme leaves and salt
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mL) vegetable oil or 2 tablespoon (30 mL) regular mayonnaise


Directions :
  • Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with oil. In a shallow dish, stir croutons with poultry seasoning, thyme and salt. Lightly brush a chicken breast with oil, then coat with crumb mixture. Place on prepared sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken, oil and crumb mixture. Discard any remaining coating.
  • Bake chicken in centre of oven until coating is crisp and golden,from 25 to 30 min. Wonderful with roasted cherry tomatoes.
  • Serve for 4 people.

Ingredients :
  • 1 pound Ground Beef (95% lean)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (15-1/2 ounces) chili beans in chili sauce, undrained
  • 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chili-style chunky tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


Directions :
  • Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add Ground Beef; cook 8 to 10 minutes, breaking into 3/4-inch crumbles and stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon. Pour off drippings from skillet; return beef to skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in beans, tomatoes and corn; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
  • Serve for 4 people.

Easy recipe for Frozen Tiramisu. Tiramisu is a popular coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of egg yolks, egg whites, sugar and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa. Very suitable and delicious for dessert at any occasions.

Ingredients :

  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso coffee powder
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 500g mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Kahlúa Mocha liqueur
  • 10 sponge finger biscuits
  • Dark chocolate curls (see tip), to serve.

Directions :

  • Grease a 6.5cm-deep, 12.5cm x 20cm (base) loaf pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, leaving a 5cm overhang at long ends.
  • Combine coffee and hot water in a shallow dish. Stir to dissolve coffee. Set aside to cool.
  • Meanwhile, using an electric mixer, beat egg yolks and sugar for 5 minutes or until pale and creamy. Add mascarpone and liqueur. Beat on low speed until just combined (don’t overmix).
  • Spread one-third mascarpone mixture over base of prepared pan. Dip 5 biscuits, 1 at a time, into coffee mixture, turning to coat. Place, in a single layer, over mascarpone mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with remaining mascarpone mixture. Cover surface with plastic wrap. Cover with foil. Freeze overnight or until firm.
  • Soften at room temperature for 5 minutes before turning out onto a plate. Top with chocolate curls. Serve for 8 dishes.

Ingredients :
  • 250 g ground beef
  • 1-inch root ginger chopped
  • 3-5 fresh water chestnut—peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon five spice powder
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • Bok choy as needed
  • coriander as needed
  • chopped spring onions as needed


For The Sauce :
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chicken essence
  • 2 teaspoons chili oil (optional)


Directions :
  • In a large bowl, add the ground beef and then add salt and five spicy powders in and mix evenly. In one direction please.
  • Then add around 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in, and then continue to stir in one direction. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Chop the peeled ginger and peeled water chestnuts into small pieces.
  • Mix ginger and water chestnuts with beef to make the meat stuffing.
  • Fold wontons one by one. Prepare serving bowls and mix all the ingredients for sauces.
  • Bring a pot with water to a boiling and then put the wontons in to cook for around 2 minutes. Add bok choy in.
  • Scoop the boiling water to the serving bowls to make the soup base and then get the wontons out. Sprinkle some chopped spring onion and coriander.

Easy Recipe : Spicy Mushroom

Ingredients :
  • 1 low-salt vegetable stock cube
  • 2 nests medium egg noodles
  • 1 small head broccoli, broken into florets
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil, plus extra to serve
  • 250g pack shiitake or chestnut mushrooms, thickly sliced
  • 1 fat garlic clove, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon chilli flakes, or crumble one dried chilli into pieces
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • handful roasted cashew nuts


Directions :
  • Put the stock cube into a pan of water, then bring to the boil. Add the noodles, bring the stock back to the boil and cook for 2 mins. Add the broccoli and boil for 2 mins more. Reserve a cup of the stock, then drain the noodles and veg.
  • Heat a frying pan or wok, add the sesame oil and stir-fry the mushrooms for 2 mins until turning golden. Add the garlic, chilli flakes and most of the spring onions, cook 1 min more, then tip in the noodles and broccoli. Splash in 3 tbsp of the stock and the hoisin sauce, then toss together for 1 min using a pair of tongs or 2 wooden spoons. Serve the noodles scattered with the cashew nuts and remaining spring onions. Add a dash more sesame oil to taste, if you like.
  • Serve for 2 dishes.

Easy Recipe : Gooseberry Pie

Easy recipe for gooseberry pie. A classic British pie that delicious when served warm, all it needs is a drizzle of custard or a scoop of ice cream.

Ingredients :
  • 250g unsalted butter, softened
  • 140g icing sugar
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 500g plain flour, plus extra for dusting
  • For the filling
  • 900g gooseberries
  • about 200g/8oz caster sugar, plus extra for sprinkling
  • 2 tablespoon port (optional)


Directions :
  • To make the pastry, mix the butter and icing sugar together in a bowl, then tip in 4 egg yolks. Add the flour and mix it all together with your fingers until you get a crumbly texture like damp breadcrumbs. Work in 1-2 tbsp water until the pastry just comes together, then divide it in half and roll it into 2 balls. This will make double the amount you need, so freeze half for another time. Lay the ball you are using on a floured surface, flatten it out with your hands, wrap the dough in cling film and chill for at least 30 mins.
  • For the filling, tip the fruit, sugar and port, if using, or a splash of water into a saucepan and simmer everything for about 10 mins until the fruit is soft. Taste for sweetness, adding more sugar if you think it needs it. Pour the fruit into a pie dish about 25cm wide and 5cm deep.
  • Heat oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5. Roll the pastry out on a lightly floured surface so it’s big enough to make a lid for your pie dish. Cut a thin strip of pastry to stick onto the lip of the pie dish – this doesn’t have to be one continuous piece. Stick it on with a little water, then moisten the strip with more water and place the pastry lid on top. Press down firmly, trim off any excess pastry and crimp. Make a hole in the middle of the lid, brush the top with the remaining egg yolk and sprinkle over some caster sugar. You should have enough pastry trimmings left over to make some artistic leaves to decorate your pie, if you like. Bake for 30 mins or until the top is golden brown. Leave the pie to relax a little, then serve it with custard or vanilla ice cream.
  • Serve for 6 portions.

  • 1 Package (16.4 oz) Pillsbury™ frozen original or buttermilk microwave pancakes (12 pancakes)
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free strawberry yogurt
  • 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice, drained
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • Fresh strawberries


Directions :
  • Microwave pancakes as directed on package.
  • Cut each banana in half lengthwise and crosswise, making 4 pieces each.
  • Place 2 pancakes on each serving plate. Top each with 2 banana pieces, 1/6 each of strawberry yogurt, vanilla yogurt, pineapple and blueberries. Sprinkle each serving with granola. Garnish with strawberries. Serve immediately for 6 people.

Ingredients :
  • 1 splash dry vermouth
  • 2 handfuls sweet ripe strawberries, preferably wild ones, hulled
  • 1 sprig fresh mint, leaves picked
  • 2 handfuls ice cubes
  • 150 ml gin or vodka


Directions :
  • Chill two martini glasses and your cocktail shaker in the freezer for half an hour until really really cold.
  • Put a few drops of dry vermouth into each glass and swirl it around. Put 3 strawberries into the bottom of each glass – if they're big ones, cut them into pieces first.
  • Throw the remaining strawberries and the mint into the cold cocktail shaker and squash them with the end of a rolling pin. Add the ice cubes and the gin or vodka, put the top on and shake it about. Strain into your two martini glasses.
  • Serve for 2 portions.

Ingredients :
  • 1 bunch fresh mint, leaves picked
  • finely grated zest and juice of 3 limes
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • white rum, to taste
  • ¼ large watermelon, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 ripe mangoes, stoned and flesh scooped out with a spoon
  • 1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into chunks


Directions :
  • In a very clean pestle and mortar, bash most of the mint leaves with the finely grated lime zest. Add the sugar, a good lug of rum and the lime juice, then mix again gently. Have a taste and add a touch more sugar if you think you need to, but bear in mind the fruit may be quite sweet.
  • Toss the fruit together in a bowl with a little of the mojito mixture, then spread it all out on a big plate. Spoon the rest of the mixture over the top, decorate with a few torn-up mint leaves and serve.
  • Serve for 6 dishes.

  • Lemon slices or wedges, optional.


Directions :
  • In a bowl, combine the rice, crab, Miracle Whip, green pepper, onion and celery. Pack into a 6-cup mold coated with cooking spray. Chill for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Unmold onto a bed of leaf lettuce. Garnish with parsley and lemon if desired.
  • Serve for 4-6 person.

Mexican burritos have typical meat and refried beans as the only fillings, while American burritos generally include a combination of ingredients such as Mexican-style rice or plain rice, refried beans or beans, lettuce, salsa, meat, guacamole, cheese, and sour cream, and the size varies.

Ingredients :
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 1/2 cup diced sweet red pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced sweet yellow pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2/3 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 flour tortillas (8 inches)
  • Salsa, optional


Directions :
  • In a nonstick skillet, saute onion in oil for 2 minutes. Add the peppers; saute for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with cumin; saute 1 minute longer. Stir in the rice, cheeses, salt and pepper. Spoon off-center onto each tortilla; fold sides and ends over filling and roll up.
  • Place seam side down in an 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 425° for 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve with salsa if desired for 2 servings.

Ingredients :
  • Carrot cake
    • 325ml of vegetable oil
    • 425g of soft brown sugar
    • 300g of plain flour
    • 1 teaspoon of salt
    • 10g of ground cinnamon
    • 4 eggs
    • 110g of walnuts
    • 375g of carrots, grated
  • Cream cheese icing
    • 100g of butter, softened
    • 150g of icing sugar
    • 200g of cream cheese


Directions :
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6
  • To begin the cake, cream together the oil and brown sugar using a food mixer or electric beaters.
  • Sift in the flour, salt and cinnamon. Add the eggs and stir gently until well blended.
  • Toast the walnuts on a baking sheet in the oven, then roughly chop. Fold the finely grated carrot and chopped walnuts into the cake mixture.
  • Turn the oven down to 160°C/gas mark 3. Spoon the cake mixture into a large, shallow baking tin and cook the cake for 30 minutes. Cool in the tin before turning out and cutting into small oblong bars.
  • Meanwhile, to make the icing, beat the softened butter together with the cream cheese using the food mixer. Gradually add the icing sugar and beat until well blended. Chill until ready to use.
  • Put the icing into a piping bag and pipe 3 mounds onto each piece of carrot cake.
  • Serve for 24 pieces.

  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 medium celery stalks, chopped (1 cup)
  • 1 medium carrot, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 2 cartons (32 oz each) Progresso™ chicken broth (8 cups)
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 packages (9 oz each) dried cheese-filled tortellini
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated whole nutmeg
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese


Directions :
  • Melt butter in 6-quart Dutch oven over medium-low heat. Cover and cook garlic, celery, carrot and onion in butter 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in broth and water. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Stir in tortellini. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tortellini are tender.
  • Stir in parsley, pepper and nutmeg. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Top each serving with cheese.

Easy Recipe : Pasta Arrabiata

Easy Recipe
Easy recipe for Pasta arrabiata. Delicious pasta with combination of onions, salamis, garlic, tomatoes, and spinach, will keep you warm in the cold weather, and it's serving take only few minutes. Favorable for breakfast, lunch, ever dinner, or just simple meal.

Ingredients :
  • 375g dried rigatoni pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small brown onion, finely chopped
  • 50g sliced salami, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
  • 400g can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano leaves
  • Baby spinach, to serve


Directions :
  • Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet directions until tender. Drain.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in a large, deep frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and salami. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until onion has softened. Add garlic and chilli. Cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add tomato. Bring to a simmer. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in oregano.
  • Add pasta to tomato mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Serve with baby spinach.
  • Serve for 4 portions.

Easy Recipe : Heirloom Tomato and Melon Salad

Easy recipe about fruit salad. At basic concept salad is a popular ready-to-eat dish often containing a mixture of leafy vegetables, usually served chilled or at a moderate temperature and often served with a sauce or dressing. With some creations salads also contain ingredients such as fruit, grain, meat, seafood and sweets. In this recipe we use combination of tomatoes and melons. Such a delicious combination for breakfast, dessert after lunch, or even dessert after dinner.

Ingredients :
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 hot chile pepper, such as serrano, seeded and minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 3 cups diced seedless watermelon
  • 3 cups diced cantaloupe
  • 1 pound green-striped, yellow or other heirloom tomatoes, chopped


Directions :
  • In a large bowl, whisk together lemon zest and juice, chile and salt. Add watermelon, cantaloupe and tomatoes, and toss. Let sit at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend; serve at room temperature or chilled.
  • Served for 6 – 8 portions.

Easy Recipe : Shakshuka

Easy Recipe
Easy recipe for shakshuka, usually consumed when breakfast. Shakshuka is a dish of eggs poached in a sauce of tomatoes, chili peppers, and onions, often spiced with cumin. It is believed to have a Tunisian origin.

Ingredients :
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 medium yellow onions, chopped
  • 1 large green bell pepper, cored, seeded, and chopped
  • 1 large jalapeño chile, cored, seeded, and chopped
  • 7 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • One 28-ounce can whole peeled tomatoes, crushed by hand
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon sweet Hungarian paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground caraway
  • 1/2 bunch Swiss chard, stemmed and chopped, or spinach
  • 8 to 12 large eggs

Directions :
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the onions and sauté over medium heat until translucent, 5 to 10 minutes. Add the bell peppers and jalapeño and cook just until softened, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic and tomato paste and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  • Slowly pour in the tomatoes. Stir in the bay leaf, sugar, salt, paprika, cumin, pepper, and caraway and let the mixture simmer for 20 minutes. Layer the Swiss chard leaves on top.
  • Crack the eggs into the tomato mixture. Cover and simmer for approximately 10 minutes or until the whites of the eggs are no longer translucent.
  • Serve for 4 – 6 portions
