Easy Recipes : Banana Milk

Our easy recipes this time is some smoothies called banana milk. Excellent snack, desert, or as part of a breakfast in the morning. Just try it and feel surprise of how delicious and simple it is…!!! The combination of banana and milk make this smoothies has some unique tastes, we would have smooth, soft, and comfortable, so we could feel fresh and refreshing. For kids, this smoothies is considerable a good step for persuading them to start consume fruits.

Bananas are a favorite food for everyone from infants to elders and they are a good source of both vitamins and minerals, as well as fiber. Bananas are a good source of potassium, an essential mineral for maintaining normal blood pressure and heart function. Approximately one-third of the fiber in bananas is water-soluble fiber. Soluble fiber in food is a type of fiber especially associated with decreased risk of heart disease, making regular consumption of bananas a potentially helpful approach to lowering your heart disease risk.

How about milk? As far as we know milk is good to drink because it’s rich vitamins and nutritions. Milk contains nine essential nutrients and vitamins, including protein, vitamins A, D, and B12, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, riboflavin, niacin, zinc, and magnesium.

Ingredients:
  • 1 piece ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla


Directions:
  1. Blend banana and milk in the blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy. Or pour it over your cereal (optional).
  3. Especially good blended with ice as well.


Some NOTES :
  • We could simply pour some honey or removing vanilla.
  • We could make creation with chocolate milk as substitution of regular milk.

Easy Recipe : Sandwich

Our easy recipe this time is sandwich…!!! suitable for breakfast, afternoon snack, lunch food, taken to work, school, or picnics. At simple concept, sandwich is a food consisting two bread slices and mixture (that also food) that put between slices, just for your information before being known as sandwiches, this food combination seems to simply have been known as "bread and meat" or "bread and cheese". The bread slices have many various type shapes and ingredients, many assumed that the bread is determined by location where the sandwich is made. The location where sandwich made also affect the ingredients, for some type of people like meat as main while others like eggs or even vagetables or fruits.

Ingredients :
  • 2 slices Sandwich Bread
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Bombay Onion
  • 1 hardboiled large Egg, peeled and chopped
  • 5 thinsliced of Tomato
  • 1 sheet Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 leaf of Lettuce

Cooking instructions :
  • Toast the bread slices, let it brown, and then pick up.
  • Mix Egg, Bombay Onion, and Mayonnaise. Mix well.
  • Put a layer of cheddar and then put a layer of lettuce on one slice of toasted bread, spread the egg mixture on top of it, put another slice of toasted bread on top.
  • A sandwich ready to eat…!!!

Some NOTES :
  • We could add more slices of bread if you want and also could change the mixture as we want.
  • Some maybe add chilli sauce in the mixture.

Easy Recipe : Scramble Eggs

Easy Recipe
This easy recipe is suitable for breakfast, actually for those who love eggs J yes…scramble eggs…yummy… we need about 5 minutes to serve this recipe in 5 simple and easy steps !!! OK here we go….

Ingredients :
3 pieces of eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon peppers
5 gram of butter


Cooking instructions :
  1. Break the eggs and put into a bowl, stir up with spatula/spoon.
  2. Add butter into the bowl, mix well until the color and texture are in uniform.
  3. Prepare the pan, choose the right size pan, do not too big or even too small J, fire up the stove with small fire, pour in egg mixture into the pan and then stir it up.
  4. When the egg cooked well, add the salt and peppers
  5. Scramble egg ready to serve for 1 person J

Some NOTES :
  • Use anti sticky bowl or jug and also plastic or rubber spatula
  • When cook, make sure we use small fire, because medium or big fire will make the egg lump up quickly
  • Avoid adding salt before the egg cooked well, because salt would make our egg produce liquid
  • When the pan is considerable too hot, just lift up the pan for a while, but don’t forget to keep stir it up
